This page provides export control information on Prime Factors software products that contain encryption technology that is subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"). If you are a U.S. or Canadian company and you wish to export Prime Factors' products outside the USA & Canada, you must do so in accordance with the requirements of the EAR. You are advised to seek legal advice, and to consult the EAR and the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security ("BIS") Encryption Export Controls Division, before exporting, re-exporting or distributing Prime Factors products.

Definitions
CCATS - Commodity Classification Automated Tracking System, a reference number assigned by the BIS to products that it has classified or reviewed under the EAR.
ECCN - Export Control Classification Number, designating a category of commodities, software or technology listed in the Commerce Control List of the EAR.
ENC - License Exception ENC.
Retail - A classification under License Exception ENC that may be granted by BIS.
